Thank you for choosing Hoosier Tire East for your racing tire needs. Our priority is delivering high-quality products in a timely manner at competitive prices. Tires are shipped only within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–10 business days. For expedited options, please contact Hoosier Tire East directly.

Products are generally shipped via UPS or FedEx. In certain cases, a flat shipping fee per tire may apply. For special orders, shipping costs will be calculated after we receive your full request, including contact information, shipping address, and item quantities. Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes. Hoosier Tire East is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Claims must be filed with the respective carrier to request any credits. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only. Please contact us for exceptions.

No Warranty Policy

Hoosier Tire East Racing tires are sold without any express or implied warranties. They are designed for competition use only and are not tested or labeled to meet FMVSS 109, 119, 139, or ECE36 safety standards. These tires must not be used on public roads. Misuse or improper application may result in tire failure, vehicle crash, and serious injury or death. For more information, always follow tire label warnings and mounting instructions provided by Hoosier Tire East.

FREEZE WARNING

Cold weather can damage tires. To avoid rubber cracking:

1. Store tires indoors above 32°F.
2. If tires were exposed to 32°F or lower, allow them to warm to room temperature (approximately 70°F) for 24 hours before mounting or transporting.
3. Use non-competition tires to store vehicles during winter.
4. Do not mount or use tires with visible freeze cracks.
5. Consider delaying shipping if freezing temperatures are forecasted.

TIRE SERVICE LIFE

Old or improperly stored tires may fail in use. Tires should be placed into service within two years of purchase. Used tires degrade faster than new ones, and exposure to sunlight, temperature extremes, and chemicals accelerates aging. Do not use damaged or expired tires.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS & ROTATIONAL GUIDELINES

Tire mounting must follow specific guidelines:

1. Directional tires must rotate according to the arrows on the sidewall.
2. Non-directional tires must be mounted with serial codes facing infield (circle track), center of vehicle (road racing), or may be reversed for even wear (drag racing).

Always use proper mounting equipment, safety cages, and procedures. Tire mounting should only be performed by trained professionals. Improper mounting can result in tire failure, injury, or death.

WHEEL AND RIM SAFETY

Ensure correct wheel and bead flange specifications. Do not mismatch tire and rim bead diameters. Always verify rim size using certified measuring tools. Incorrect fitment can result in explosive failure.

NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE

All racing tires sold by Hoosier Tire East are for competition use only. Even DOT-labeled tires are not legal or safe for highway use. Using racing tires on public roads can cause severe accidents.

MISUSE AND UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS

Using tires outside their intended purpose or modifying them chemically or physically is strictly prohibited. This includes soaking, softening, or altering sidewall markings. Such misuse can lead to catastrophic failure and severe injury.

RETURN POLICY

To return an item:

1. Contact us at info@hoosiertireeast.com or (860) 646-9646 with your invoice number.
2. Request a return authorization number.
3. Ship the product prepaid and insured to the address provided with your authorization.
4. Include a written explanation for the return and a daytime phone number.

Conditions:

1. All returns must include the original receipt.
2. Items must be unused and in new condition.
3. Refunds exclude shipping costs and are subject to restocking fees.
4. No returns accepted on special orders.
5. Return authorization numbers expire 30 days from issue.
6. No returns after 30 days.
